Once your order is processed, it will be dispatched for delivery.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or high demand periods.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available on all orders above ₹500

  • Orders below ₹500 may include a standard shipping fee (if applicable at checkout)

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD is available on eligible orders

  • COD orders require verification via phone call or message before dispatch

  • Orders will only be shipped after successful verification

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within India only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

We work with trusted courier partners, including but not limited to:
Bluedart, DTDC, Delhivery, XpressBees, Ecom Express, Ekart, Amazon Shipping, Shadowfax, and others.

Delays and Issues

While we aim to deliver your order within the estimated time, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier service issues

  • Natural events or external disruptions

  • Incorrect shipping details were provided by the customer

Elittekart is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate.

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Unreachable customer

We may:

  • Cancel the order, or

  • Require additional shipping charges for re-delivery
