We offer a 7-day return policy, which means customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.


Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation/receipt) must be provided

  • A complete and clear unboxing video is mandatory to support any return, exchange, or damage claim

Failure to meet these conditions may result in rejection of the return request.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are permitted only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

A valid unboxing video is mandatory for exchange approval.
Approved exchanges will be processed after verification.


Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

Upon receiving the returned item, our team will conduct a quality inspection. Customers will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via bank transfer within 8–15 business days

Please note that banks or payment providers may require additional time to reflect the refund.
